Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Email jacobyaroshukofficial@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask for your data to be deleted. That is the whole process — no form, no phone call, no justification needed.

We act on deletion requests within thirty (30) days, as stated in our Privacy Policy (Section 7).

What happens after you ask

1. Your account is deactivated immediately — logins stop working and your record is marked for deletion.
2. A thirty (30) day grace window follows. If you change your mind in that window, email us and we restore everything exactly as it was.
3. After the window, deletion is permanent. We remove your check-ins, training logs, weekly reviews, progress photos, bloodwork uploads, movement videos, assessment responses, coaching notes, your login account, and your coaching folder in Google Drive. We do not bring it back.
4. Two copies take a little longer to clear. Our encrypted database backups roll over within fourteen (14) days, and the Drive folder sits in Google Drive's trash for up to thirty (30) days before Google removes it for good. Neither copy is restored or used in that time.
5. You get a confirmation email when the permanent deletion completes.

What we may retain

As the Privacy Policy states, limited records can survive deletion where the law requires it — for example, financial or tax records related to past payments. Anything retained on that basis is kept only as long as the legal requirement applies and is not used for any other purpose.

We keep one accountability log entry so we can show the request was honoured. It holds your name, the date you asked, the date the deletion finished, and a list of what was removed (for example, how many check-ins). It holds none of your coaching data itself.

If you never became a client

If you only submitted an inquiry or assessment form and want that removed, the same single step applies: email jacobyaroshukofficial@gmail.com and we delete the submission and anything derived from it.
